Rebrand, Long Term Drive, and Redesigned Reservation Experience
In direct partnership with Dealerware and Audi AG I had the pleasure of working on multiple iterations of the Audi on demand experience. Starting from the original rebrand from Silvercar by Audi to Audi on demand, the introduction of their Long Term Drive vehicle subscription service, and the roll out of a new reservation experience that was powered by Dealerware.
During these various this projects I visited multiple locations to talk to Audi on demand location managers and mobility specialists, tested experiences with consumers, collaborated with business owners at Audi and their global design system team in Ingolstadt, Germany.
